Mark has over 29 years of experience in the insurance industry with 20 of those years in his own practice marketing, designing, implementing and servicing employee benefit plans for hundreds of businesses of varying sizes.
Mark has exceptional communication skills and is adept at educating employees at all levels. He is as comfortable delivering complex renewals to owners and C-Suite employees as he is explaining the nuances of benefit plan designs to employees.
The ability to negotiate renewals and contract terms with carriers in the medical, dental and ancillary markets is another of Mark's strengths. His experience with in life, disability and long-term care insurance; funding buy-sell agreements; and business succession planning adds a new component to NextLogical's suite of services.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in Health and Community Education.
He has lived in Howard County for 27 years with his wife Carla and their four children. He is actively involved in his local church, has coached a variety of youth sports programs and has lectured at local colleges to help educate, raise awareness and provide resources for teens and adults who suffer from depression and anxiety.
A life-long athlete, Mark enjoys a variety of sports and is a competitive swimmer on a national level. He recently competed in The Great Chesapeake Bay 4.4 Mile Swim to raise money for the March of Dimes and has previously competed in Swim Across America and other charitable events.
