As one of NextLogical's Exercise Physiologists, Kirk serves clients by helping them fully understand principles of exercise and how an active lifestyle can positively impact an employee in terms of personal wellness and productivity. Working closely with Lesley Vogel, NextLogical's Consulting Nutritionist, Kirk often advises his clients on the benefits of eating healthy and exercising regularly. Kirk also conducts "Lunch & Learn" sessions that center primarily on basic programs that provide an excellent resource for starting an exercise regimen.
Kirk is currently a Physical Education teacher at Westminster East Middle School and has been in the education field for over 12 years. He finds it very rewarding to properly educate young boys and girls about the benefits of proper nutrition and regular exercise while they are still at an impressionable age. His goal is to lay a foundation of health that will enable each of these students to live a long, healthy and more fulfilling life. That same goal extends to NextLogical's clients.
Kirk received his Bachelor of Science from Towson State University in Towson, Maryland. He is currently taking graduate classes at McDaniel College in pursuit of his Masters in Exercise Science.
In his spare time, Kirk enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys working out, staying active through a variety of activities including golf and soccer (his favorite sport) and coaching high school soccer. His love of soccer extends to his children and he enjoys coaching their teams too, all throughout the year. Kirk loves the Baltimore Ravens and attends as many games as he can.
